well you replied to me so that was confusing.
I'm not gonna lay the blame on him for this season, no.
He can't help his star RB got hurt. Yes, I guess you could blame him for not having a QB, but busts happens. We werent the only teams recruiting these QB. And dont go with the development angle, he has done wonders with a lot of QBs. Overall, his ceiling is probably competing for a SEC every 5 years. HArd to fire a guy for that, but I understand if people want more. I want more and if we were guareenteed to get more I would be for it. The UTk situation scares me though.

Thats just my opinion brother, cant help it. I think we could be better, but I also think we could be worse.
I will say if we could get Chip Kelly, I would fire Richt 4 minutes ago.

K9 you're entitled to your opinion. but i can't take this crap anymore. being dominated by a chief rival over 15 years when they've had 5 different coaches pretty much says it all. You are going to be more and more lonely holding this opinion.

We pay like a top tier team.
We are not the only team that loses players here and there.
We are one of the only teams that consistently recruit in the top 10 but can not win.
Our schedule has been a patsy schedule for the last 5 years. Finally UF and UT gets respectable teams and Bama is on our schedule and it is apparent we are not a top tier SEC team.

i'm sorry K9. technically you may be correct. But that is a very selective use of statistics. The whole tape will show 5-10 with some REALLY egregious losses mixed in (2002,2003,2008,2014,2015). It just does not pass the smell test.

quoting the SEC network host that said this morning since 2009 we were 5-15 against top 25 teams. We are not obviously 5-16.

thats a tricky stat though...are they doing ranked at the time of playing the game or ranked at the end of th year?
i would bet we have more than 5 wins against ranked teams at the time of playing the game

The SEC network stat was against top 15 teams rather than top 25 which explains the difference.

The link is against "ranked" teams.
1-9 against top ten BTW.
No need to try to rationalize away that stat. It is simply true. We have been playing patsies in the East and out of the conference and that allows Disneys to tout the UGA wins.
