Gary latches on to whoever is playing well in the moment. That's why people think he has Bama bias. Over the last 10+ years it is Bama who is typically beating the shite out of whoever they are playing on the broadcast.

Exactly…he’s praised us quite a bit over the last two years. I don’t get the Danielson hate…CBS can’t have a homer for a particular team doing their broadcast and he’s one of the most informed commentators out there and can see things happening before they happen. I’m going to miss him on The 3:30 games.
