Richt is that dad/grandpa that will sit you down by the hearth and teach you life lessons. You don't want to let him down and when you do you feel terrible. But you have no fear of him and the feeling of remorse is far greater than that of terror.

Then you have other coaches who you're scared shitless they'll process you, run you till they puke (my favorite line from my OL coach in HS), and etc. You don't want to let them down because, well, that shite would be turrible.

I know a girl who likes to be the pommel horse for many of the Bama football players and that's how they feel. They're terrified to frick up. I have befriended some Georgia guys and know many other UGA cleat chasers who have all intimated that Georgia players just don't wanna disappoint Richt but they don't really think about it until the deed is done. Other think they can just get away with it or it's worth the risk.

I know I am in the minority on this but I am more of a processing type of guy who'd rather have the players fear the coach than want to go talk to him about life and bullshite. Why? Cause I am a self-admitted a-hole who values the program over just about all the individual parts.

Probably the fact he was named Offesnive Coordinator of the year? Every weapon he had was injured for the better part of the year (Mitchell, Wesley-Brown, Gurley, Marshall, Bennett, etc. etc.) and yet our offensive continued to put up numbers. What must a coordinator or coach do to make you happy? Which coordinator in the country did more?

CHANGE AT ANY COST!---it's what is important. Ask any negadawg.
