So now they are saying a decision won't be in? Wtf...he's already set out 1 game...If the suspension is 1 game he'll have sat 2 games...A decision before Friday is expected

By asking for 1 game, we're essentially asking for time served. Anything rendered will be in terms of x amount of remaining games to be played.

Seriously though...I don't see how the NCAA could not get back to us before Friday. I am going to assume if we dont hear anything by Friday, then its more than a 1 game suspension.

Well duh
Anyways. We rule him out. We then do a full internal investigation. We present that to the NCAA along with a punishment recommendation.
They can take that recommendation, suggest a longer punishment, or could do a full investigation themselves to determine wrongdoing.
The next thing UGA hears from the NCAA is if the NCAA is gonna do an investigation. Then they announce if they agree with us or not.
Sounds like we asked for a 1 game suspension based on the anticipation he COULD play...
