Yep. Just tore down Sigma Chi last week and Bolton will be open by August 18th (its pretty much done now).

Terry is being built in phases, so Phase 1 (Correll Hall) is being built right now Live Cam of the Construction Project

Next Phase will be an even bigger structure where the Sigma Chi House and Parking lots were. This will be done by 2017. And the last phase will be completed by 2019 when Notre Dame comes to Athens. Ultimately, that whole area of campus (from SPecial Collections Library down to Bolton, across Lumpkin to Tate and the SLC) is going to look phenomenal once completed

Oh yeah...that is going to look great. Agreed about needing to do something with the top of the Tate deck. Maybe a statue of Gurley after he leads us to the promised land

Did Sigma Chi get a new house? I know Chi Phi's new house is really nice after they got kicked out by the university

Just curious, what does this amount of donation compare to other SEC schools?

There are long term plans for Brumby and Russell. Gut jobs and tear down and rebuild were both being discussed. I think it was boiling down to capacity as to when they were going to do it. I had this conversation a few years ago, so it may have moved into something more tangible. I honestly do not know the most recent plans, but it is coming.

Form what I understand, there still is a good bit of building on the 5 and 10 year plans...
