I think I've seems 500 limit on props in the past.
My sportsbook had an over/under for windmill guitar strokes shown on screen when The Who played halftime a few years ago. It went way over.

I'm not sure about limits. My Dad in Vegas now. First casino only took two of the bets. He had to go to a second casino to place the other 3.
