I don't think you were the first person to ever predict we'd have a winning record in conference, but if you say so I'll believe you. Lunardi's isn't updated yet. A team with the 26th RPI will be in the dance every time. We just need to keep winning.

On a separate note I was fairly impressed with our press break last night. It's not good, but it was so much better than any other game. We didn't go for aggressive lay ups or dunks that could cause potential turnovers for us, and instead held the ball up. Good job by Fox IMO.

This. Florida always kills us with the full court press. It's usually the most infuriating thing and those games are some of the few times I change the channel because we are losing. I just can't stand to watch people way more athletic make us look like a middle school team because we can't get the ball past half court. And before this year, Florida was the only team to supposedly watch tape and try it

But we did an excellent job yesterday(at least in the second half when I was able to watch).

A week ago this UGA boat was sinking and people were saying we'd finish .500
If you go back and look I said we'd beat Florida and win each game until we play Kentucky.

There were a lot of people saying that, and they could still be right. Most people have a tendency to overreact, but we started the conference with two really tough games and proved we can compete with anyone (aside from maybe UK).

Another note from the game that a lot of people may not have noticed was Mann getting lost defensively. There were a lot of times he was focused on the ball and completely lost track of his defender. He can't do that against the guards Ole Miss has.
