This looks like a variation of what we used to call Pro Right 26 Power.
I don't remember having the backside quard pulling though. I think play side it was down blocking across the board which he mentioned gap, down, backer which were our blocking rules on it as well. Backside scoop blocked and the fullback came hard off the TE's butt to kickout the playside end. Neat little tweek on the Power play though and it gashed them.
