We have transfers and dismissals every year after not even signing a full class. That takes a huge hit on the team's overall depth and it's one of the reasons why we're so god fricking awful at stuff like punt coverage.

richt was trying out undersigning. it didn't work but the sun came up this morning and by god richt will figure this out.

Just think about this. We have just 70 scholarship players on our team, 70 out of 85 allowed. Yes, that's 15 scholarships unused. Yes, that's an entire defensive team plus 4 players. To me Mark's failed personnel management by not recruiting enough players to allow for attrition is the biggest travesty of his administration. If he was a personnel manager in the business community he would have been fired after the first season.

Agreed. A bunch of people are being red shirted so we really have fewer than 70.
