Heard it from a friend who....heard it from a friend. Don't ask.

Some good things and some concerning things:

- Ramsey was best looking QB, that day, and played the most consistent. He gathered that everyone has had "that day" though. Also said that Eason was forcing lots of throws and had two picked, but that it was all typical freshman stuff and you can absolutely see that he's got amazing talent.

- Hardman is legit and should see significant PT this year.

- This secondary looks very, very good. Fast, athletic, and were in position all day to make plays. Very disruptive group.

- Stanley is best the looking receiver in a group that Played pretty underwhelming. TE's look good - saw lots of two TE sets and the group blocks well and has some athleticism. Definitely expects more production out of them this year.

- The O line absolutely dominated the D line. The left side of the OL looks stout. Not sure whether to be thrilled or bummed about this. Probably an indicator of two things - the OL really has come together better than anticipated, and the DL just isn't there yet from a talent and experience standpoint.

- Adding to that - said the LB's look light in the pants and were getting pushed around pretty good. Not much of a pass rush out of them either.

- On the RB's - said that Chubb practiced at speed and that Herrien is really fast. From what he gathered, both the freshmen will see significant time on the field early on.

Man, I hope this just means Pittman is literally Jesus. If not, this is going to be a frustrating year.

I'm a bit concerned we don't have a run stopping enforcer at ILB this season. I was hoping it would be Kimbrough, but ...

Maybe Reggie Carter can fill the bill.

Natrez? I think Carter can bring the wood as well.

I think they both can. I'm more concerned about DL than LBs.

That's on Rocker. There's been zero drop-off in DL coaching.
