So...Are we now the only team without an IPF? UF are building their's now

Yes. And UFs is done. And we were also promised renderings at the end of this month which we still haven't gotten. So prepare for a year and a half more of being the only team in the 14 team conference without one. Also prepare for an offseason of guys walking on wood boards to practice and coaches in trailers while they build the thing.

Technically, I don't think USC is officially done with theirs yet. . .but they will be in a few weeks. I really think we'll be given new "renderings" with decreased frequency for the next decade as ADGM just tries to draw this shite out and hopes the fan base forgets about our lack of an IPF.

It's the fact that Vandy has one at the moment and we don't that is the problem.

Yea watching the sec network where they do all that inside fall camp stuff and we are the only team not to have an IPF sucks but our kids will be sharpened by iron under the Athens sun and won't be a bunch of wussies like every other team

A poster on the crown room is heavily involved in the UGA IPF project and knows a good deal about other school's facilities. He says Gus is bitching about the Barn's barn not being up to standards.

I have it on good authority that the underground permitting or lack there of was holding up the USC facility. It is ok, but nothing super special

Maybe that's why Vandy is the favorite to win the NC this year and why they get all those 5* athletes.
IPF is an ego thing and marketing tool. It won't make the program better.

This is more to the point. The SEC is an arms race and just haven't been keeping up. Believe it or not, stuff like not having an IPF makes a difference. A lot of it is perception and that is very important in recruiting.

UF's is a horse barn with roll up doors IMO... Think the undercover arena/concert venue at the N. Ga. Fairgrounds in Cobb Co. with garage doors attached...
