I know I said some stupid crap earlier today out of frustration, I just want to see the guy back on the field. Seeing Gurley lead the guys on the sidelines as well as what he has done on the field has been incredible. They way the team played last Saturday in spite of being without Gurley was absolutely moving.

For sure. Last Saturday might be the most proud I've been of the team since auburn 06 (with the exception of the 2012 SECCG).
And I agree, watching Gurley is special and it already sucked knowing there were only a few more times. Sucks more that it's limited even more now.

If the school knew what he received and how much time he'd get I still see no reason to shell out money for his lawyer!? What the hell? Most of us ought that meant the school was ready to dig and fight and now we've basically bent of and said here dry frick the hell out of me!

What is amusing to me is how everybody on this board screams about FSU not doing anything to Winston and then in the same posts screams because Georgia IS doing something.

What I find even more amusing is that so many on here are calling for UGA to go ahead and play him regardless of any outcome from the NCAA. Seems like they don't think about win vacancies/forfeitures. Idiots gonna idiot.

Jimbo Fisher was just interviewed on Mike and Mike. He was asked about Gurley. He said, "That's an enirely different situation, and that's all I'm going to say about that". He was being pretty cryptic when he said this, like he knew something. You could hear it in his voice. Wonder what Jimbo knows?

The big difference is someone has accused Gurley of taking money from him. It's pretty obvious Winston got paid too but without anyone coming out saying "I'm the one that paid him" or providing video/pics of him getting paid, it is a different situation from Gurley unfortunately.
Jimbo also doesn't feel like getting drug into the "why is Gurley suspended and Winston isn't?" questions (even though they're answered by the above based on the information that is known to the public).
Jimbo also knows he has enough on his plate dealing with a middle-schooler that is incredibly talented as his QB and that going around lobbing accusations at other program's players is the last thing he needs right now.
