Yup, we were predicted to get a half inch at most, as well as later in the day

The more I look at the predictions the more I think it's going to rain all day until tomorrow night. I'd loved to be wrong, I make the call whether to close work or not, but I have a feeling ill be in, in the am.

Watch us have a foot of snow come seven, now

Since when did the weather become a political issue?

We don't have enough winter weather around here to warrant allocating huge sums of taxpayer money to the purchase and maintenance of a fleet of snowplows. The real culprit here are all the corporations who put peoples livelihoods on the line if they say they cant make it to work because of weather. That is the reason why people were stranded on the roads overnight. 30 years ago, everything would have just shut down for a day or two, everyone would have been safe at home and it would have been no big deal. Now, corporate greed has caused snow to become a "fault" issue. frick that!

If not a single weatherman in Georgia was able to accurately predict what happened even up to a few hours ahead of time, blame cannot be levied upon the governor and mayor.

Sad fricking state of affairs when we have to find someone to blame for anything and everything that happens just so long as we don't have to take any personal responsibility for what happens to us.
