Todd fcks up and forgets to lock out a 600A disconnect and he is considered to be working on an energized source without the proper PPE. On top of this violation, Spanky has already failed two drug tests and McGarity has to declare a state of emergency & lack of institutional control. Kicker is.. the disconnect is not actually connected to anything and it's just sitting on a shelf and Todd was looking in there for a spare lug. Rules are rules. Compliance officer performs a burdensome investigation with a stand down to satisfy the NRC that everything is okay. Everybody is gonna act like they care the harmless disconnect sitting on the shelf has a potential to explode. Meanwhile, Mark Richt is sitting on his arse in the control room making big bucks and Todd thinks it's bullshite and is threatening to quit. A memo will come out Monday and everyone will retrain (besides Gurley) cuz he'll have a mandatory paid 3 day vacation for discipline
