If my birthday is in August, am I able to renew my license plate next week? I won't be in Athens (where my tag is registered) all summer and will be out of state, unable to go to the office to get my new sticker.
I wasn't sure if any of you have had experience with this or not.

Nah, pretty sure he's fine to renew it. If they've calculated it, he shouldn't have an issue paying it.

I renew mine online every year in Alabama. Is Georgia that far behind Alabama?
