I'll fly a starship
Across the universe divide
And when I reach the other side
I'll find a place to rest my spirit if I can
Perhaps I may become a highwayman again
Or I may simply be a single drop of rain
But I will remain

But there are several attorneys that would absolutely love to talk to you. And in this case, I would say it is certainly warranted.

I will not press charges. She did not flee the scene, and realistically there is not much money I'd see from a settlement as she quite clearly is as poor as me.

Man....she fricking ran over you. Now...I'm not saying to crush her into bankruptcy but you're going to be laid up for a while and it's not going to be pleasant. Also, I guarantee you that you'll be coming out of pocket for things that you wouldn't otherwise.

Frivoulous lawsuits are bullshite....but she did run over you with her car. And you can bet your arse her adjuster is trying to get out of this quick and for as little money as possible.

Fair point. Will probably look into getting one.

Also I counted the weeks and as long as nothing fricks up I'll be able to walk again and be out of the knee splint the day after my birthday. The arm however will be laid up til mid January. Conveniently my birthday is a week before Georgia\Florida. So I will not have to miss out on our family's annual pilgrimage to Jacksonville 2 years in a row. (last year had to miss it due to being locked up)
