Agreed on Hop City or Green's. Maybe it's just the Total Wine location I've been to but seems you need to be very careful about buying old stale arse beer. A big selection is great if you have enough churn to keep your stock fresh otherwise it's a gamble.

Recommend taking an Uber over to the Decatur area and check out the bars. The Brick Store Pub is legendary, especially for their euro selection. A ton of great bars, brew pubs, etc. I think you'd love it. It's an area aimed wholly at attracting craft beer fans.
