As long as it's only a few. Been real involved the last 4-6 months with helping my mom rehab/renovate & prep some of her rental properties for sale. Houses that she bought in '06-'07-'08 for pennies on the dollar during the housing bust that she bought & put another $5-10,000 into in remodeling costs & rented out...
The market has rebounded & she's re-renovating them again, taking her profit & getting out, She's getting real old & can't handle them anymore...
