What is with this screwy friggin' weather? Anyone actually know and is it just a short-term thing? Or did we just get literally 3 days of winter this year?

It's supposed to be getting colder beginning next week, but it's definitely wonky. I distinctly recall it getting cold around Halloween and solildy so until late March, but that was me, and I was in Kindergarten at the time.

No complaints from me.
People pay good money for winter homes in Florida for this kind of weather, we are getting it for free.
As long as it doesn't screw up crops too much, I love it. But you don't want all the peach blossoms to start blooming then get frosted off.

No, you don't. That said, I'm a cold weather guy. And I'm really wanting to see a good snow for the kids (and frankly, I love it, too).

That's TOTALLY me. And I think it really is just that time seemed to go by so much slower when we were kids. The reality is, the only snow I know of us ever getting by Christmas in my entire lifetime happened in 2010.

It's called Summer in the South. It's not like the weather has never been like this before during the Winter.

I'm all for it. My thermostat went to "aux heat" the other weekend when we had our winter. I wasn't a fan of that

I dunno. It didn't used to happen all that much. The last two years, though.....sheesh.

Oh, yeah that sucks. My 19 year old system actually handled it pretty well. Never kicked into AUX during that span.

I love it. If it were up to me it'd never get below 50, ever.

You know this can't bode well for what the summer temps will be, right?

Well in this ideal scenario where it never dips below 50 it'd never get above 85 either.

Walking around today makes me feel weird that I don't have a baseball game to go watch at a stadium or in a bar somewhere. Smells like spring, feels like spring. Where the frick is my spring football and baseball??

Yeah, screw that. Georgia Power shows my usage that Saturday at $13. Averaging about $2/day this week.

I just looked. Our winter cost me almost $30
