One good job rig, a little worried when you said "fall off the bone" but they looked like the pulled clean why is what you want.

Good pointer on the oil, I am going to try that next go round.

Cook your own sauce bro, you will get to like it if you have the time.

Thanks Whopper! That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me on this site.

As far as cooking my own sauce, I've gone through that phase, and got pretty good at it, but because I enjoy several storebought sauces, I'm not really solving a problem by going through all the hassle of making it myself... as far as ribs go.

For chicken and pulled pork, however, I have my go-to home made sauces. This was a rib challenge.

I do have a secret original Deeprig9 rib sauce, home made, best rib sauce of all time, but it's not cherry season yet, so I couldn't do it for this challenge.
