Like having a 4* JUCO walk on campus today & be eligible to play right away...

It's actually better than getting a 4* JUCO guy...he was an EE as a freshman so he has 4 springs under his belt, he's already a well-liked member of the OL, he knows the play book inside and out, he's been in a good S&C program, and he has actually recieved 3+ years of GOOD coaching instead of the shite you get at the JUCO level. We now have 4 legitimate OT's battling for starting spots which means we can move Gates down to guard if need be. They'll probably ease him back in but I could see him starting by week 6.

Yes he has; I think he might have taken this spring off and was considering quitting all together.

Awesome, he's needed. Hopefully he's ready to go because that could jack up our crowd when they announce him coming out at the Clemson game. We need him on the OL.
