Let's hope that means it's a second player somewhere tied to same dealer as Gurley that's hiring one. If it's another dealer hiring one, that seems like it could be problematic because I assume it'd mean more evidence turned up?

This article sounds like good news to me. Seems like BA might have had a buddy tagging along who shares some of the blame for coercing TG.
Knowing what we've heard about BA, he might have thrown his friend under the bus. "HE DID IT! I was just joking, I didn't pay Todd. My friend did!"

Willing to bet dude got spooked once he was contacted by UGA and saw that he could be facing fines and/or jail time for blackmail/defamation of the University. Either he's overreacting to the situation just to be safe or UGA is putting the screws to he and Allen.

It's when these jagoffs start issuing statements that the panic may ensue. So long as they try to take the quietest exit possible out of this situation, UGA should be fine. The problem is getting the NCAA to comply in a timely manner.

who cares? All that matters is what they tell the NCAA. If allen/the lawyers are being tightlipped then all the NCAA has to go on is what UGA told them ourselves.
