Really? Did you really just say they have an inflated view of themselves?

Last time I checked they've beaten us 4 out of the last 5 years. If anything it wouldnt matter if Muschamp went there because we can't seem to beat them anyway.

They are a worse version of us. They literally can't win anything other than some games against their* rivals...sometimes... They put a banner of Spurrier up on the Stadium next to their 3rd in the SEC East Trophies...

Oh God, the "Kirby Smart to Columbia" talk has started. This is getting good.

Exactly. We're their Super Bowl. And once SOS leaves its game over. The wheels are already starting to fall off

Yeah....sounds like somebody else I know....

Seriously...I get it...but would prefer we beat them more than once every five years before we start talking about their inflated opinion of themselves. That sounds a little too Ga Techish...

47-18-2. Sure they have won 4 of 5 but that arrow ain't pointing up for them. Not sure why you feel the need to defend them. They aren't getting Smart and were likely not in contention for WM. I've already seen the affects of 6-6 in Columbia. Not a flag or tshirt to be found. They are scattering like the cockroaches they are

I logged on to the rant this morning. Did Auburn win the NC while I was sleeping? Holy shite, that fan base is over the top about Champ. I don’t see him making an impact on a HUNH team, defense spends too much time on the field to be dominant. Now recruiting should be a challenge moving forward. I give him 2-3 years. Solid hire, but by no means does it tip the balance of power.

South Carolina....ouch

I predicted Agent Chump to the Barn and Ellis Johnson back to USCjr a month ago. Haven't seen any word on Ellis yet. The Cocks may be too butt-burned now to take the Barn's left-overs.

The Gators are worried they may lose recruits (assuming they still have any) and defensive staff (especially Travaris "T-Rob" Robinson, who's been joined at the hip to McIlwain since he arrived).

Not surprised. Auburn is all in making Muschamp the highest paid coordinator at 1.6 million.

Add in his Florida money and someone said he's the third highest paid coach, period.

Remember when auburn hired Van Gorder a few years ago and everyone here was terrified of that?.......And then auburn didn't win a single SEC game that year.

His Gator buyout will be reduced by whatever he earns at the Barn.

@McMurphyESPN: Will Muschamp's Auburn salary won't lower UF buyout. Will get $6.3M over 4 years from UF & $1.6M/year at AU
