I Phucking hate ND and would love to pooch a quality coach from them, but why would he leave a good gig there to come to the good guys. Would it be more money, does Kirby have a relationship with him somehow?

I believe that he would leave for more $ and the opportunity to call plays and basically run the Offensive side of things here. Kelly calls the plays at ND.
