2 weeks in a row, good run defense. One problem solved.

Don´t give a shite, and neither should you.

He fricked up, got his head on straight, and ended up at a premiere football school.

Don´t think he was upset about not being a Dawg tonight.

UGA seconday helped Mett look like Dan Marino. Yes we won the game but by the grace of our offense.

How many passing yards did we give up? Glad to win but can only hope thse guys like Langley, Wiggins, Mathews, Mauger, JHC, etc. are learning every week and eventually it's going to click. LSU also has two big time receivers so at least these guys are getting a baptism by fire. But still....wouldn't it be great to really bring the pain on some of the QBs??

A little of this, but at the same time not at all.
Murray had the benefit of getting WRs beating our secondary.

Mett threw some passes though into triple coverage when he probably shouldn't of have, but threw it so accurate and hard it found its way to the WR.

I just posted this in another thread, but I feel like this would work here too...

Wouldn't be too hard on the DB's just yet. They are VERY young and just finished the toughest September in recent memory. They will get better. It should be noted that ZM for LSU was putting passes in the only place he could to be completions. They will be fine.

Yeah, Mett made some great, NFL type throws today. Some of it was our youth in the secondary, but he took advantage like he should have. Most of it was just him making throws in tight windows.

Yeah, not worried at all.
Thought I was going to be sad if we lost, but I feel really well after this loss.
Our D got torched by the arguably the best pocket qb in the country right now.

I think UGA benefited from already playing a big time offense. While there were a lot of yards, UGA's D showed up big at times.

triple coverage

Make no mistake, our secondary has been atrocious this year. For several of them, lord help 'em, they were in high school six months ago.

Mett was good...the numbers speak for themselves...but I think he's going to see more competent coverage and probably more pressure against Florida and Alabama...and maybe even Ole Miss.
