Yes, Richt has Miami 3-0, but he also walked into a situation with a pretty good roster. Kaaya (sp?) is a very good veteran QB and Miami had a lot of talent at the skill positions, which makes Richt's offense tick. It was a good situation for him. Kirby walked into a position with a lot of front end talent but plaited by poor line talent and depth issues. I'm not saying Kirby will be the savior of UGA football, but I think he will at least rebuild our roster and change the culture around the football program.
