Your composite link reveals the ongoing problem with UGA recruiting: more 3 stars than 4 stars. Literally every other team in the top 10 has more 4 star players compared to 3 star players. If we do hire Kirby Smart, my fondest hope is that he recognizes this fact and is able to recruit more of the cream of the crop in our home state. UGA has for way too many years under Richt had to settle for 3 star players because we were not able to reel in better players. Top 10 recruiting doesn't cut it when when your toughest competition has top 5 recruiting.

Yeah. We could have done big things this year but the lack of the QB and losing Chubb was limiting last what coaches could do. That isn't vindication at all but that's the way things are.

Yep, key players are called difference makers for a reason and no doubt the QB position is the most important position on the field. We found that out the hard way this season after being spoiled with Murray and Hutson Mason.
