The football games scheduled for 2020 and 2021 between Georgia and Ohio State have been called off.

Georgia canceled a contract with Louisville that had called for games against the Cardinals in 2011 (in Athens) and 2012 (in Louisville). The Chick-fil-A Game will pay Louisville $600,000 to buy out the contract with Georgia, Stokan said. North Carolina agreed to replace UGA on Louisville’s schedule in 2011 and 2012.

Georgia and Oregon are scrapping their home-and-home football series slated for 2015 and 2016, according to Georgia athletic director Greg McGarity.

I would have thought that posting all of this wouldn't have been necessary as anyone who 'actually follows UGA football would see this as second hand news.

I think ND would be awesome but, I'm not buying the hype until I see them on the schedule for the year we are supposed to play them.

I think everyone will agree on the fsu guess but outside of your apparent disdain for VT, (we all have THAT team), they have to be the next option. OSU backed out, PSU/UM have said no, and they are aiming at the east coast. UVA and UNC don't give the oomph that McGarity gives off. UNC and UGA oddly enough have a good many games vs each other and while I like UVA that series isn't even as exciting as the okie lite home and home.

Off the top of my head idk who else it'd be.

We've met UVA quite a few times in bowls during my lifetime but I'd love a home and home with UNC. Considering they are in a state we border it has been way too long since we've met, plus Chapel Hill is an awesome town.

I think FSU in Atlanta is likely.

I hope so.

They aren't splashy names, but Rutgers and Maryland are moving into B1G this season, so maybe one of them? Pitt? WVU?

I thought those but he said teams the fans would happy about. He could get away with a UVA, UNC, or VT game saying that but there's no selling trips to either Piscataway, college park, Morgantown or Pittsburgh. Those are all incredibly mediocre series. They'd also end up getting noon ESPN slots and I highly doubt richt would be cool with flying up to the northeast for that garbage
