Not sure I'd call Marshall a 'below average' passer he set the Georgia high school record for career touchdown passes with 103.

He's a below average passer. I've seen him throw and he doesn't have the ability to make it in a system that requires more than 15 throws a game.

Yeah and in JUCO he threw 18 TDs to go with his 20 INTs. JUCO. You know, that league where Mett threw 32 TDs and 4 INTs? Marshall's about as below average as you can get and still throw a ball in college.
