This well be game #4 he has missed. Seems that he may very well be out until Vandy (6 games is roughly 50% of the season which is the mandatory amount for a second alcohol related offense being a DUI).

He's got to set an example. As much as I want Kirby to pull a Saban like Cam Robinson and let him play without penalty, Kirby has his reasons. And if we lose, it won't be because Ledbetter wasn't there.

There's probably some team/locker room dynamics involved as well.

It's ok.... Atkins, Rochester, and Thompson should do fine.

OM's OL is soft. They wear down quickly and shy away from pain.

If he is out until Florida, that's 7 games. I think it will be 4 games and he make his season debut at home against UT.

You're right, meant Vandy (how could I possibly forget the Dores sandwiched in there amongst UTk, USCe, and Florida...)

Not to hijack the thread, but I think David Marshall #51 has been our best and most consistent d-lineman so far.

Just hope we're not down 24-3 before they "wear down." Ole Piss has been able to jump on teams quickly and I see this exact scenario playing out Saturday if we're not careful. Hopefully their morale is in the dirt after starting 1-2 and just losing to Alabama.

I think Trent has been our best and it's freeing up Marshall to make plays. Marshall has certainly been a pleasant surprise from the freshman corps

Dawg nation Ledbetter article

This does suck. What worries me is we need pass rush and without Ledbetter it sounds like "Lorenzo Carter and Bellamy have had to play with their hands on the ground."

That's just shitty journalism.

No offense to you for posting it, just saying it is shitty.

I mean, Thompson is by far our best D lineman. Like he's just way, way better than everybody else.

Marshall has been solid though.

He's going to make a NFL GM very happy one day. He has top 10 draft pick potential

It would be surprising if he wasn't picked in the top 10 of the 2018 draft, imo. He's been awesome so far.

Forget Nichols. He singlehandedly destroyed the interior running game for UNC and Mizzou

ETa: I should also give credit to Hawkins, who is also a stud

I'm not trying to be a dipshit... JMHO

The guy from Mizzou #91 was a standout to me w/ like 7 tackles and a couple of sacks

Is he also highly regarded?

Where the hell has the pass rush from Lorenzo Carter been.

We really need him to wreak havoc on Saturday.

Not just likely first round, he'd have to dig his head into the sand and be completely non existent to miss the first round. T harris is a man amongst boys in most games.

I've almost gave up on Carter. Tons of potential but average production.

Carter cant seem to beat any lineman off the ball, its crazy to think that with his abilities.

Not arguing the point with you...I'm just curious. Why do you believe this?
