It'd be kinda neat to announce OC/DC all at the Gala and actually have the players be the first ones to know.

the insider on Rivals posted the new OC will be at the Gala so if you're there, you'll be able to figure it out. didn't get the impression he would be announced there, just that he would be easily identifiable.

Yep I would love if we just promoted Sherrer to DC, keep Rocker and bring Tucker in to coach DBs. Has there been anymore talk about Kirby bringing Lupoi with him?

Yeah I think its announced shortly that Sherrer is the new DC and an OC hire out of left field will be revealed this weekend.

Lupoi said he's staying at Bama.
More likely we poach Derrick Ansley from UK than convince Tucker to make a lateral move to UGA (unless Pruitt forces him out)

Keeping Rocker would be great. I think Sherrer would make a good DC, and if Kirby thinks he has what it takes to be a great recruiter, I am all for it.

Sherrer has been a great recruiter already. Critical with Rochester, Manac, D. Walker, Natrez, etc.
