That Turman thing I really do not get.
Anyway, may not be the most positive mindset but I've resigned myself to having already seen Chubbs last carries.

Actually this came out. Not the BEST source for information, but good news, nonetheless. many on here just might be apologizing to Drew. I hope everybody is apologizing to him and he is right.
That won’t be the case in 2016, as Chubb should be 100 percent by the time the Bulldogs meet North Carolina in the Georgia Dome for the season opener.
LINK
I had heard the same as Drew, but you guys are unmerciful, sometimes. Every once in a while it might not be a bad thing to give people a break.
Like I said....not the definitive source, by any stretch but good news, anyway.

Every once in awhile it helps not to be a douche when you bring it up. I've worked with hundreds of knee injuries in the last 15 years. I deal with soldiers, not college ball players so it's not an apples to apples comparison but the return to BASELINE for an injury like Nick's is a pretty long process. I asked for a link, he posted an article from October then said he knows a guy. That's not "literally all reports" or even one report. It's the word on the skreets. If he's right, I'll eat my crow. I'd even stop posting here for the season but he won't take the bet.
Speaking of word on the skreets...you posted a Bleacher Report article.

You expect anyone to believe a word of this??

I would gladly take the bet, but you are way too much of a bitch to actually do that.

I don't care what you believe.

I did it after the Clemson game in 2013. You've posted more in the year you've been here than I have in the 4 that I have. Take the bet.

Just take the bet, Drew. If he doesn't follow through you can bump this thread and we'll all see it. The ridicule will be worse than any "self-ban" would be anyway.
I don't have a dog in this fight, just saying if yall are both confident go forward with the bet.
If I had to put money down I'd predict Chubb doesn't get a carry vs. UNC. But I have absolutely zero knowledge on this subject.

If Sony makes as much progress this off season as last, he'll be a beast by Sept. Kid's worked hard in the weight room. Chubb could be a wait-and-see until Mizzou, but it wouldn't surprise me if he's ready earlier. I think Holyfield will take some time. Hope I'm wrong.

I assume this was not aimed at me since I have rarely talked about Chubb's injury.

I don't have any reason to doubt your knowledge. I'm have absolutely no doubt you know MUCH more than I do about knee injuries. I was fortunate while playing to never have a serious injury.

No need for that. We are all on the same side. We may see things differently, but we all want the same thing.

You are correct....which is one reason I said it was not the best source of information. I'm not taking it as gospel. But it does give us some hope to hang on to.
As for Bleacher Re[ports? I got it from a newsletter 247 sends out. I have seen it come out and everybody start reporting what it says as if it came from an inside source.
I got not problem with you Sneaky Waffles. I have no problem with Drew. I figure the more information we can get the better. All this is is something to mark time with, anyway, right? None of us take information from here as solid gospel truth, I wouldn't think.

Me either! I didn't mean to start something. Just thought it was good news to hear from SOMEBODY that Chubb might actually be back for the season opener.

I didn't think so....but no problem even if it was.
How long have you been in the military and where are you based? (I am assuming you are in the military since you said you deal mainly with military people)

I was in for eight years, I let better men than me do the soldiering now. I still work on Fort Stewart though. I try to give back to the guys that give up a chance at having a stable family since I'm not willing to do that any longer.

Can't blame you a bit! It is definitely a sacrifice. thanks for your service! I missed Vietnam by just a bit. They called all the senior boys into the cafeteria and had us sign up for the draft. They were not drafting any longer (If I remember correctly) but you still had to sign up. We were already pulling out, though, so there really wasn't much of a chance of being selected unless things escalated again. I would have gone, but I am glad I didn't have to, now.
Any way...thanks for being willing to serve for eight years!

So why would think that I care about what you believe?? Also, it's much easier to believe that I happen to know an assistant trainer, than it is to believe that you are now an orthopedic surgeon.

Why would I do this when you post way less than me?? That makes no sense. Again, I don't think you would follow through with it.
