That NC may have to have more surgery if he is to ever have a chance of playing again. Terrible news if true.

According to this thread, Drew knows a trainer and Nick is playing against North Carolina.

Last I'd heard, Nick is trying to be ready to run by Spring and to take contact in the Fall.
If he manages it, he's from planet Krypton and I don't give a shite what anyone else says.

I am going into 2016 expecting Sony to be the starter with Holyfield backing him up. Maybe Turman sees the field, who knows.

I'd be happy to be wrong.

Turman will never see the field at UGA and I have no idea why. My guess is he was medically disqualified some time ago and he just asked that it not be reported
Even if he makes it back to full contact come fall, I think it's safe to say Sony is the starter. Too much potential to rush Nick back before he's ready (and just because he can practice full speed does not mean he is ready)

What kind of fan would bet on23's health?
The boys in the newsroom have a running bet.

You mean 27? I want him back when he's ready. Not rushed so he injures it again immediately. Some people actually care about the well being of these kids and their future in the NFL. He certainly deserves a shot, don't you think? Nick did a lot of damage. Let the boy get well.

Don't believe everything you read. I thought it was quite clear that his injury wasn't as severe as TG's.......

I'm pretty sure it was much worse than Gurley's. Did you see the way Chubb's knee bent? TG3 had about as clean a tear as possible, non-contact too. True Chubb didn't tear his ACL but he did a whole hell of a lot more damage to the surrounding ligaments

I think you wont see him much this season granted i might be wrong i think michel will start and chubb might save his chances in the NFL. I tbhink michel has proved hisself already still No Nick Chub

Is this a joke?

imo, no way Chubb plays until middle of next season at the earliest. he completely tore 3 of the 4 ligaments. and.. I hope they don't put Sony back as the featured back as he won't hold up to too much more pounding. bet we see some frosh at the position at least for the first 5-6 games.
