Is College Game Day Curse Real?

Alabama has 6 gameday loses at home? That's the most surprising.

I really think the whole gameday thing a non-issue.

The Dawgs are 4-13 on College Game Day. That is pretty bad.

They took a 10 year hiatus, then another 5 after that. It's not like we've had that many chances. Oh btw, both of the losses were to teams that went undefeated in the regular season.

I don't believe it that's why I showed this graph that states the home team wins majority of times. And that the games are usually against high profile teams that are very competitive. The worst part is the 0-6 neutral site record in guessing most of those games are against Florida in the WLOCP.

Yea, frankly the "curse" is more along the lines of Georgia just losing big games. Corso didn't curse us, we just like to shite our britches when the whole nation watches.

I have heard many times that they don't have a good place to set up their show on our campus that is close enough to the stadium. We should probably be thankful for this or our Game Day record would likely be a lot worse. We haven't done well overall in big games that might have been Game Day worthy over the past 20+ years.

For the record, I don't think Game Day has anything to do with the disappointing big game record. I just think its good they haven't been there for more of them. Otherwise our reputation as big game chokers would be much more pronounced.

I know we have also mopped the floor with some teams we weren't expected to but those rarely seem to be valid options for Game Day. Always somewhere better to be.
