After first walking on campus in August 1964, I've loved the school and the sports. I saw Vince Dooley's first season, in fact met him before the 1964 football season began.
I saw the buildup to 1980, the decline of the '90s, and the rebound of the Richt era.
Now, Glory Glory To Old Georgia, I've seen one of the greatest runs in college football history. I can't possibly be sad over this loss.

Same here. I can't fathom being upset over such a close loss, not after these last 2 years. Whatever amount of disappointment I have over the loss is vastly outweighed at the gratitude I have for living to see UGA football reach this point.

Yah, I've been lucky to see 3 UGA national titles. Still it does sting that likely it would be 6 without Nick Saban.

I’m not upset about the loss. It had to come at some point. I hate the way we lost: Stupid turnover and horrific officiating.
