People reserving their spot in the thread to make their picks before it got 10 pages long ... makes it a lot easier to go back and edit them later.

FWIW... these threads get kinda long & I'm subject to change my mind 2-3 times so I just reserve my spot & bookmark my post so it's easy to find when the thread is 10 pages long & it's 10 minutes till the deadline to edit...

No charge for this HGMF tip...

For now, it may seem that way, but the Nature of The Games eventually cures this "problem" on it's own.

The herd will get thinned. Every week. Relentlessly. While those surviving will grow stronger every week.........and the HGMF will gradually tune itself into a stream-lined, well-oiled, fine-tuned powerful and beautiful machine.

But, first must come the clusterfrick of the first few weeks. That's nature.

Have patience. There's no need for sanitized unnatural separate pick and discussion threads. The Games take care of this on their own. You'll see.

Onward.

Just a heads-up that some of you have not bothered to follow the instructions.

#11 is a required Pick. You can't just skip it.

This is the last of the hand-holding.

Incomplete entries or ones with other retarded errors such as picking a team that isn't even one of the two teams playing as one person has done......will be flushed automatically like terds at the deadline.

Get your shite together please.

And it would suck to see someone that really wants to be here get eliminated......when there's a few don't even seem to care enough to double-check their picks.

Maybe its for the best that these folks get weeded out. I'm not gonna say anything else.

I think that's the key for compliance. Lots of gamesmanship, misdirection, etc., to be played between now and then.

Nice hands. Do you use Palmolive?

While that maybe true; I believe my suggestion would serve to progress and evolve the Games in a more orderly and professional fashion. It would make qualifying each participants weekly picks an easier task to accomplish, serve the participants themselves in providing a clutter free thread to make and edit their picks, and allow them to quickly compare their picks to fellow participants.

No one is stopping you guys from posting in a separate thread that doesn't have the picks in them...however, this has been going on some time and like Jeffy said, it will work itself out.
