Horrible Refs and horrible play

Horrible first half* play.

Youve got to always know ahead of time that you’ll have to play well enough to overcome the incompetence of modern refs. But, my gosh, that was next level incompetence.

Also why does the entire ref crew today have black dead eyes and smirks in their faces?

Tech has been playing some good ball. Yet, could easily have been 45-7 or more if we kept starters in and foot on gas. Defense and offense adjusted to stuff they were doing. Coaches ran a conservative game plan as they knew the only way Tech stays in the game is if we turn it over a few times.

Oh look another internet tough guy that would call the cops if you talked shite to him in real life.

It seemed like we weren't getting any breaks from the refs. I was at the game. I think the one TD pass in the corner they did not give to us may have been bobble after he landed in bounds. It seemed like he caught it; landed in bounds; then bobbled the ball; and by the time he established possession he was out of bounds. They kept playing a still frame at the stadium that showed him in bounds. After Bowers caught that 4th down reception; I think they were going to overturn that. Someone took a photo near me that showed Bowers catching it above the ground. The 1st quarter was really bad though.

They called it a TD, then I saw one of the line judges immediately call that he bobbled the ball. The most aggravating play is where we picked up a first down but Bowers got called for an offensive face mask. It seemed like GT also had a horse collar infraction. That forced us into a punt situation.
