The reason we're not trying to fire Fox is we've made progress under him. We're at least a borderline tournament team most years now. You need to build consistency before going elsewhere. I still think we're improving under him, but I will agree with you that there are quite a few things we need to do much better.

The reason you don't drive to the basket with 17 seconds is because you have to make sure you get the last shot. You can drive with 7 seconds, but not 17. When you're tied, yo want to make sure that you are the only team that has a chance to win the game if there's less than 30 seconds on the shot clock.

I can certainly understand that point of view, and I think it is certainly a reasonable opinion. I think our disagreement comes in that you still believe we are improving while I think we have plateaued.

I'm not on the fire Fox train yet. Georgia is crawling, I mean crawling, in the right direction. The administration and me included for that matter, are happy with 18-20 wins with some type of post season play. Georgia has made it to only ONE final 4 in its history. He finally has a set of combo guards coming in next year (on paper better than Gaines and Mann) to maybe take that next step. His substitution pattern/timing drive me fricking crazy. His lack of awareness of when is team is off sync on offense, not to call a TO, is also maddening.
