I don't know about against FSU.
But Clemson falls to South Carolina.
We've got issues.
We can't run the football on 3rd down or in the red zone.
And those are serious issues in the SEC.
If they continue, we could lose to Vandy, Florida, and Auburn.
Our running game reminds me of 2011 when we were first down warriors. But couldn't move the chains when a defense bowed up. And I'm not just referencing when Gurley went down. We struggled before his injury as well.

I was in a good mood and ready to embrace those who still had the ability to convince themselves that Georgia is still in the running but god dammit I'm not gonna shoulder the entire doom load.

What are you smoking? Seriously. The defense is a train wreck of unbelievable proportions. In all my years of watching/listing to GA ball this is consistently the worst defense I can remember. I remember a couple of games in the Goff era when the D quit, namely FL in Athens. This D tries hard, but is clearly lacking in fundamentals.

Exactly my sentiments. Go watch Georgia pull a close one out vs Va Tech or something where we push Logan Thomas up a few rounds and then go out in ATL and drink the disappointment of 2013 away.

Do you really think you can just throw a bunch of players together and have a finely tuned machine. Defenses in general get better over the coarse of a season. Our will, especially with the youngsters. Swann will help them.
