I'm not sure what you want him to do. None of us really know the deal, but let's say he called out the offensive staff for sucking. Well, they have sucked, so he's right.
The dude has always been intense and outspoken. Everybody loved it when things were going well. Now that it's going poorly, he's not just going to turn off that part of his personality. If Richt and co. can't deal with it, then they shouldn't have hired him.
If they run him off, that would make 2 (maybe 3 depending on your view on Grantham) DCs that Richt ran off because he couldn't deal with their personality. At some point, that's on him.

Yeah, it's sad the way all of those players, coaches, and coordinators keep failing the head of the program. If those assholes would all just go out there and win like he tells them too....no problems at all.

It almost seems like Pruitt is calling it like it is and Richt, Shotty, and the assistants on offense aren't liking that one bit. I guess they figure Pruitt should stand with them when they circle the wagons.
Pruitt might be an ambitious a-hole and maybe he likes partying with undergrads...but I couldn't care less if he gets results with the defense.
Just as Richt wasn't hired to be a preacher, Pruitt wasn't hired to be nice.
