Yea, that's what I was about to say. He's been wanting Richt out of Athens for years and now he's one of his biggest supporters?

Fran is playing mouth piece again... I wish my cock was half as big as his ego tho.
...but no, he doesn't like Richt. Or much of anyone really.

In any organization, for it to be successful, everyone has to work within the heirarchy. The military, business world, team sports are all set up this way to maintain order and accountability. IF and that's a big IF, any of this is true, Richt should fire him on the spot, promote Rocker to defensive coordinator and show the world HE is the leader of the program. IF Richt fails to do this, it is further evidence of weakness on his part. Just my humble opinion.

And to be honest, I'd be very concerned if there wasn't a frick ton of tension between the staff right now.

Pruitt isn't to blame for this shite show. The defense although it hasn't been great has been 5000times better than the offense.
I guess it's a good thing we got rid of Bobo, then. he was awful, right? (Not directed at you PrettyBoy...directed at those that criticized Bobo relentlessly.

Hall of Fame NFL QB. Find me one without an ego. I doubt they exist.

Don't get me wrong...I don't believe he is the best of all time, but he makes a good argument. And the writer's only argument against him is he didn't win a Super Bowl? Does this means every QB that DID win a Super Bowl is better than him? Flacco? Doug Williams? The Super Bowl is a dumb yardstick. It takes an entire team to win a Super Bowl, not just a QB. There have been outstanding QB's that have not won Super Bowls. (Dan Marino) And there have been some very ordinary QB's that won a Super Bowl. The addition or lack of a supporting cast doesn not make a great QB. Just because Buck Belue won a National Championship does not make him a great QB>

Is it bad that the main thing I remember Fran for is those fricking shampoo commercials. the guy did have a luxurious head of hair to be fair
As far as the staff tension goes, anybody know how many losing games did Pruitt have a hand in between FSU and Bama combined. clearly single digit. he might approach that number here this season. Theres some of your tension

I don't get to vote.
If he leaves, I'm all in on the next chapter. If he stays, I'm all in and pulling for the greatest redemption story in sports.
Pruitt is getting exposed as the rat he is, either way though.

I recall an article about a year ago that questioned whether Pruitt has a bit of Petrino in him. Particularly with respect to how the latter once infamously interviewed for his boss's job behind his boss's back. Maybe that writer had some insight into Pruitt's character?

I don't think Richt and Schotty are anything like Nick Saban, unfortunately.
