quote:Yep. UGA should of lawyered up and make the NCAA prove their case instead of bending over, YET AGAIN, for them.
Tud sold autographs and UGA wouldn't fight for him like most schools would've
How come no other school gets caught by them, but UGA? AJ Green and T Gurley, probably out best 2 players in the past 10 years. I guess the auburns and FSU's of the world, actually make the NCAA prove their case.

Smoking pot is a bit less serious than littering.
Cannabis as medicine devalues our pharmacy school. Dose the players with opioids and NSAIDs and don't worry about the dangers. It's money that's important.

I never intimated that Gurley did drugs. What persists is the school's overarching policies of putting the sports programs at a competitive disadvantage by 1) not leveling the playing field to that of the 11 non-Kentucky schools in the league, and 2) refusing to play Aubie-Ball and forcing the NCAA to make their case (against Gurley/AJ/ et al.) rather than BOHICA when it comes to compliance.

Croot: FYI, it was in place before McGarity last I checked. He simply didn't change it.

It's an unringable bell unless/until the state of Georgia decides to legalize marijuana across the board.
Before then, UGA would come under a ton of fire (justified or not) for lessening a drug policy for the sake of improving athletic performance. Just looks bad.
If you keep it on the DL, no fire will be directed our way.

And how many had policies as stringent as UGAs? We have played the holier than thou card for too long to go back now
This makes zero sense.
