I'd like to meet these rich folks who pay no taxes. I employ quite a few people and pay millions in taxes and I have a very good team of accountants and attorneys. In house and out. I swear, people just mimick whatever meme falls in their wheelhouse of comfort.... oh and none of my people make minimum wage or even close to it and their and my healthcare burden has shot up significantly in the last 3 years. fricking assholes.... no fricking clue....

Holy shite. Watching Barry fly away, did you see the clouds part momentarily, and the sun peek through?

Storm clouds lifting. Far out.

Shall we talk about the Panama Papers, or the trillions corporations and the rich hide in offshore tax shelters? Who the hell are you kidding. Some rich do pay taxes. Many of them either aren't or aren't paying anything close to what they should be. Hell, our President elect hasn't paid taxes in 20 friggin' years. You also don't even come close to being in the class of rich people I'm talking about.

If I were you I'd get ready, because it's about to go up a whole lot more.

What should they be paying? Serious question, no troll.

What do you think is a fair tax rate for a corporation's profits?

They should be paying what they owe, instead of hiding a hundred plus billion in offshore tax shelters like Apple or Microsoft. I've got no problem with a lower corporate tax rate, but the tax rate could be 10% and they still wouldn't pay it because they would still use loopholes to avoid it. It's called greed. It's called never having enough.

He is Leftist. He doesn't believe in profits. He believes we should all be equally poor.

I pay more in taxes in one year than many do in a lifetime. Who here isn't paying enough?

When did I ever say that every single wealthy person doesn't pay their fair share of taxes? Obviously some do. I'll also say once again I don't know if you even are among the richest 1% of Americans, who have done the real fleecing?

So what is your proposed solution to this problem?

Lower the corporate tax rate to 25% and close the tax loopholes, and make them pay the full tax rate. I have a better chance of shitting gold turds than this ever happening. This country has been sold out to the wealthy business interests. In 30 years there won't even be a middle class.

There's so many loopholes.

Which 5 would you close first?

The first one I would kill is the tax breaks for businesses who offshore jobs. Personally, a national sales tax would simplify our tax code and eliminate tax loopholes for individuals, but that wouldn't solve corporate tax issues. They would obviously have to be handled differently.

Item #1 on Trump's platform.

But that's regressive. Your liberal friends aren't going to like that.

I'd have a much lower tax rate for essentials, food and clothing. In fact, I would be open to not taxing those two items as they are essentials. At least this way, the super rich couldn't hide income in tax shelters.

I've already give you mine. Reduce the tax rate to 25% and close every loophole that allows them to avoid taxes by hiding income.

There's alot of loopholes. Give me just five examples of loopholes you'd like to close.
