In my younger days I would have eaten the Waffle House all star breakfast and then the buffet at a Chinese restaurant for lunch before going to Fogo.

Haha, I am messing. Same here. Last time I went I almost cried because I didn't eat as much as I could back in the day. It's that damn salad bar. It's good too but it's a rookie mistake every time.

me...salad bar includes some veggies as well and all of it is really tasty..but the previous posters are correct, if you're there for the mest, the salad bar is a no-no.
