It was a 3 man front... everybody was blocked and Chubb was going to run 10 yards before contact, except Kublanow got blowed up and that's who Chubb was running behind.

Nope - nothing wrong with Chubb. The O-line is 50%, we are vanilla in the running game, and Southern knows exactly what we're doing.

Either way, this is typical Richt. A lot of games we come out flat to weaker opponents. The 2nd half we should pull away.

You're a broken fricking record. There's not a coach in the country that would be able to fire up a team for this game, at this time, in these conditions with Bama coming in next week.

This isn't surprising in the least.

So did everyone not see this coming? A game vs Southern sandwiched between big games vs USCe and Bama. This had shitty performance written all over it. Our players and coaches just wannna get out of this game healthy and move on to next week.

Should open the 2nd half with Lambert to toss a few, then run the rest of the game. Alternate the RBs evey 5 or 6 runs.

Almost impossible to get 20'year olds excited about a game like this.....weather sucks, crowd sucks, big win last week, big game next week.....not really surprising, still disappointing

Reckon we're looking ahead? FCS school & most of the practice & game planning is being focused on Bama next week. Nah... We're not that smart...

GT down by 9...
LSU leading by 4...

etc..etc...

We're doomed...

I saw this from a mile away. Not worried at all. If y'all expect a blow out in the first half you're sadly mistaken

I want our guys to stay healthy but we need to put this game away. I want Chubb to get his hundred but I am starting to doubt it.

Exactly... so get the backups in who are hungry and looking for a chance to shine... if the starters are going to slack off.

As long as we win comfortably with 0 injuries I'll be happy. Game means nothing unless we lose a player or the game

Still...2.9 yards per carry...against Southern???

I mean, are our offensive linemen even trying? Makes you wonder if we would get better effort with the second team line.

yep, bad time for a sterling Dawg performance, but dang, Chubb needs at least 150 to keep his Heisman run going ....

So, short of the unthinkable and we frick around and lose, I think we are better off with a lackluster performance instead of a. 70 point win because it gives the coaches fodder for working hard going into Bama. Win by 70 and 20 year olds may think they are actually that good. As a fan it sucks but overall better probably than a huge blowout if for no other reason it will make us humble

Lotta LSU players dropping today... Hopefully none of the injuries are bad but every time I've changed the channel I've seen a LSU player walking off...

Even if they know what's coming with our run game it should not matter. We should be manhandling them up front.
