Lots of NFL teams need some special teams gunners apparently.

At one point in the 3rd round I thought I saw Michael Bennett as one of Mel Kiper's 10 best remaining

He didn't get drafted?

I strongly believe Michael Bennett playing for GT would have been drafted, JMO

That was Michael Bennet, DT from Ohio State. I got excited when I thought the Jags picked him.

GT does put some serious receivers in the NFL. I don't know how they do it.

They have extremely little wear and tear on them.

Magically wouldn't have torn his ACL in the bowl game if he played for tech instead?

That made me sick, he has been a damn good WR for UGA and to have it happen that way in the bowl game sucked so bad. Worst possible timing.

Dawgs receivers aren't good at blocking

Bottom Line

that was actually one of his really strong attributes. He hustled big time in the blocking game.

Tore his left ACL in 2012. Had a partial right meniscectomy in 2013 then tore his right ACL in the bowl game. That makes teams weary.

It is pretty amazing how GT is able to get such good receivers infrequently used in the triple option.

Oh yea I'm definitely not saying GT WRs can't block, that's certainly their strong point.

What round does Michael Bennett go with no injuries?

Impossible to know how his development would have gone and what his production would have been like.

Without the one in the bowl game, I would say he could have gone in the 6th or 7th, just guessing.

I couldn't say because I can't project stuff like that but if I had to guess I'd say maybe round 5 or 6 or so? Maybe later. I do think he would've been drafted though but I could be wrong.

He has the height and is decently quick, has good hands, and is a great blocker. He's not going to be a team's #1 WR but I do think he would've been drafted.

It is interesting that yall seem to consistently have more WRs than RBs drafted though under CPJ.
