Bobo is afraid to put too much on Mason, too soon. This is a Richt philosophy and carried over by Bobo. Playing it safe...trying to rely on established playmakers like Gurley.

Problem is...we are basically fielding scout team receivers other than at TE...so not much threat in the passing game. And Gurley is out of shape and still a little hobbled...

Bobo is going to have to take some risks and come up with something more interesting.

Can Rumph or Davis run straight down the field and catch a ball?

Benedict,Sturdivant,AJ Harmon...all were highly

Mason doesn't command any respect from the defense like a veteran or hot-shite qb does. They play more aggressive toward him. He is also really jittery like he was in the 1st half of the GT game. Hopefully he calms down.

Otherwise Bobo needs to play to Mason's strengths... if he feels more comfortable in the hurry up, and the quick passes, then call that game and let Mason do his thing.

They been saying the whole game he feels more comfortable in the hurry up, but yet Bobo and CMR let a damn minute or more run off the clock before they call the next play

In regards to Mason it is more about next year than the last game this year. In any case our outside guys are getting a lot of man coverage so he is throwing it to the ones who are open. I think we will see a deep outside pass early. It is there.

Still not a 5-star among them except possibly Sturdivant.

And interestingly enough, all of the above were busts except Sturdivant, who was very promising but gets a pass because of his knees.

We need to find out exactly how programs like Alabama, Michigan, Ohio State, Texas (heck..even programs like lowly Tennessee and Michigan) are finding NFL-caliber offensive tackles and start recruiting in those places...

.....maybe you disneys need to face the fact that maybe Mason isn't as good as thought. He's been around long enough to run the offense....ALL OF IT!
