NOTHING gets my dander up worse than this.
I set my cruise constantly, so I'm at 10 mph over consistently.
I had a guy, I presume, one night who didn't like me passing him or riding beside him. He got so pissed, but I was going a constant 65 mph.
He slowed down and pulled beside me, acting like a bad arse, goosing his accelerator next to me. I just ignored him and eventually he hauled arse in front of me. I never once was behind him riding his back bumper or anything of that nature. Was really ridiculous what set this guy off.
Most of the time those guys are texting or on their phone not paying attention to their speed or surroundings.

During my commute either to or from work, when I'm on the stretch of about 15 miles of highway that I take, 3 out of 4 times that there is someone going ridiculously too slow in teh left lane it is a female minority on a cell phone. It pisses me the frick off
I don't think it's because women are necessarily bad drivers, but I think it is because women tend to be emotional drivers and that results in inconsistency on the road. It does annoy me, though.

No, its not emotion, its their damn phones. Talk talk talk talk talk text text text text. All ages and races. Mostly women, less often men.

I do both and have been known in the past, for the really bad offenders, such as the ones that notice you riding their arse and then start slowing down...I'd pass them half in their own lane. That usually resulted in them not driving anywhere close to me ever again. I am an exceptionally skilled driver, but yes, I am a huge a-hole on the road if you can't drive.
I can't stand poor drivers. If the right lane is open, you should be in it. You should only ever be in a left lane if you are about to enter a turn lane/exit from the left lane or you are passing. If people would just adhere to that simple rule, I bet road rage would cut in half.

This gets me mad daily. I've cussed more people for this than I can count.

Yeah, if someone is driving in this manner, then get in the slow lane. I can at least somewhat excuse it over there since they at least had the decency to stay as much out of the way as they could. Still don't understand why they don't just set the cruise, but when it is a woman, I usually just assume they don't know how. Other than my sister, the only woman I know that knows how to use cruise is my ex-gf and that's only because I made a point of teaching her.

I do this too and about the only thing that pisses me off now when driving (I try not to let idiots bother me) is when I'm in cruising in the right lane...coming up on a slower vehicle..and some jackass gooses it in the left lane just so they can get ahead of me before I have to pass the slower vehicle. Then I have to brake, get knocked out of cruise, let them pass...and they inevitably slow down later and I end up having to pass them.
God that pisses me off...
