Surprised this hasn't been posted.
This guy could be the best recruiter on staff (which is saying more than a mouthful for sure), and he's an excellent DB coach. Not to mention the fact that our #1 recruit in the 2024 class is closest to him.
Obviously the train keeps rolling, but he'll be missed.
Jumping from position coach to head coach is impressive. I really do hope he does well.

He's a better recruiter than Pittboss, and in that region he'll out-recruit any and everyone with a similar budget. He should talk to Kirby about building a staff.
After that he'll have time to refine his style and philosophy because he'll be able to get in some transfers and ManBall the Orange to 7+ wins a season.
