Fox on his way out?

One can only hope. Eight years is enough.

If you didn't read the article, we're simply doing due diligence at this time... no official decisions made, though it seems like it might be difficult to keep him on if we miss the tournament and elect not to extend his contract as well...

And we're going to try to find a coach from the bargain bin... The Georgia Way.

Yup. If Marshall to Mizzou or at least is interested in offer doesn't piss you off, I don't know what will... Cheap bastards.

Tom Crean could be an interesting fit if he's forced out at IU.

Nothing but a tease and a let down at the same time. 1, he ain't going anywhere, and 2, afraid to go after big proven names.

Matt McCall would not be a good choice, IMO. He would likely bolt for Florida at the first opportunity.

Just looking at records, Kevin Keats looks like a great coach.

On the one hand, that is definitely expected. I mean you can't just have your coach and AD allow the media to basically say "yeah this guy is getting canned in a few weeks" and not respond to it. That's not good for anybody on our end.

However, it's absurd to me that mcgarity would point blank say "fox will be our coach next season". There are plenty of ways to squash the article without saying the guy will definitely be back. I mean, for 10 years or however long GM has been here he has ALWAYS, without fail, given the same canned response to questions about coaches "we will evaluate and make a decision once the season is over". I'm curious why he didn't say that this time.

ADGM might be the worst thing to happen to UGA since Jan Kemp. That guy has single handily mismanaged all of major sports. I can't remember a time where all of our teams have been so inept. Some will argue about his finger print on the facility improvements, but if that's his legacy, thanks for help, but GTF out of Athens.
